Named schools, named people, published quotes.

"I used Sycamore Education for years at a Christian school in Illinois. When I came to Japan last year, I realized that my new school was not using a school management system. I was very happy to have previous experience with Sycamore. As the principal, I was able to address the school board with our great need, and they approved the purchase of Sycamore. Our teachers are very happy to be able to post grades, our parents are happy to have direct access to their child's academic progress on a daily basis, and our office administrator is happy to be able to print report cards in minutes."

"Overall, Sycamore School has been a very positive change for our school. The cost of the product initially drew us in this direction. Had we known the quality of the product and ease of use, we would have changed even sooner than we did. We are so glad we changed 3 years ago!"

A note on how to read these. Capterra, Software Advice, and GetApp are all Gartner Digital Markets properties and display the same 55-review pool, so seeing 4.4 on three sites is one rating repeated, not three independent confirmations. G2 runs a separate pool. We show two numbers because there are two genuinely independent sources. Some G2 reviews carry an incentivized label and were sourced through vendor invitation, which G2 discloses on each review.
Frequently asked questions

About Sycamore customers.

Independent, Catholic, Lutheran, Christian, Jewish day, classical, homeschool, and international K-12 schools, in over 40 countries across 6 continents. Published customer examples range from a 150-student PreK-12 Christian English-immersion school in Pará, Brazil, to a 200-student Nursery through Grade 11 American international school in Musanze, Rwanda, to parish schools within the Diocese of Kansas City and St. Joseph.

Sycamore is listed on Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp, and G2. Note that Capterra, Software Advice, and GetApp are all Gartner Digital Markets properties and share a single review pool, so the same reviews appear on all three. G2 maintains a separate pool. Reading both gives you two genuinely independent sources rather than four.

Yes. Reference calls are a normal part of the evaluation process. Ask the Sycamore team to connect you with a school of a similar size, type, and region. Schools that have recently migrated are usually the most useful reference because the switch is fresh in memory.

Not yet. The stories on this page are drawn from published announcements and verified review-platform content. Sycamore does not currently publish before-and-after operational metrics tied to a named school, and does not present modeled or estimated figures as if they were measured customer outcomes.

Ask us for a reference school like yours.

Similar size, similar type, similar region, and ideally one that migrated recently enough to remember the hard parts. That is a more useful conversation than any quote on this page.
