Sometimes. Whether saved cards and ACH details transfer depends on Veracross's current payment processor. When secure token portability is supported, families see no change. When it is not, families re-add their payment method through a one-screen flow in the Sycamore Parent App. Either way, Sycamore drafts the parent communications.
